Check a worker with agentctl doctor, read its status, and send crashes to your error tracker.

On the worker machine:
agentctl doctor # also: agentctl diagnosticsIt checks the worker's environment, connection, agents, providers and project mappings. Every failing check includes a suggested fix.

agentctl update # update statusThe dashboard's Workers page shows each worker's connection, tools, agents, providers, running tasks and what it is missing for a project.
MCP servers
Worker-local MCP servers are listed in the worker UI under MCP servers with their health — tool count, or the
error — and a Check now button. They are checked with the real protocol handshake when saved, at start-up and
every ten minutes, and only healthy ones are advertised as mcp:<id>.
Error tracking
Off by default. To report worker crashes and unexpected task errors (redacted), set AO_ERROR_TRACKING_DSN
(Sentry-compatible) or AO_ERROR_TRACKING_WEBHOOK_URL in the worker's environment, or errorTracking.dsn /
errorTracking.webhookUrl in its config.json.
