Azure OpenAI
Set up Azure OpenAI as an advanced provider — resource endpoint, key and API version — used directly by Codex, OpenCode and Aider.
Set up
- Worker UI → AI models → Add → advanced kinds →
azure-openai. - Base URL: the resource endpoint, for example
https://<resource>.openai.azure.com. It is required — without it the provider cannot list models. - Key: the resource key (sent as
api-key). extra.apiVersion: the API version to send.
Which agents
Codex, OpenCode (as provider azure) and Aider use it directly. It is not served through the model gateway, so
Claude Code and Gemini CLI cannot use it.
